Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un/a consultor/a especializado en la implantación de productos de administración electrónica para en importante cliente de la Administración Pública en Madrid. El candidato/a ideal tendrá experiencia en la adaptación, parametrización e integración de productos digitales que optimicen los procesos administrativos y cumplan con las normativas vigentes.

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Asegurar la implantación de un producto de administración electrónica y su correcta integración con los sistemas existentes.
  • Personalizar por parametrización el producto para satisfacer las necesidades específicas del ayuntamiento y sus departamentos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Ley 39/2015 y la Ley 40/2015 en todas las fases de implementación.
  • Colaborar con proveedores de tecnología para garantizar que el producto cumpla con los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
  • Capacitar al personal de la Administración Pública en el uso del nuevo sistema y proporcionar soporte.
  • Monitorizar el rendimiento del producto post-implantación y realizar ajustes según sea necesario.

Requisitos

Requisitos imprescindibles

  • Titulación universitaria en Administración Pública, Ingeniería Informática o campos relacionados con el puesto.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la implantación de productos de administración electrónica o sistemas similares en Administración Pública.
  • Conocimiento de la Ley 39/2015 y la Ley 40/2015.
  • Habilidades técnicas en integración de sistemas y personalización de software.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para formar a usuarios finales.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficaz y adaptarse a cambios tecnológicos.
  • Enfoque en mejorar la experiencia del usuario final y asegurar una transición fluida al nuevo sistema.
