Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un/a profesional con amplia experiencia en la gestión y consultoría de proyectos complejos de software. La persona que se incorpore al equipo ha de tener experiencia liderando perfiles técnicos, idealmente, en proyectos dentro del ámbito de la Sanidad.

Funciones

  • Gestionar proyectos complejos relacionados en el ámbito HealthcareSupervisar los recursos tecnológicos, financieros y humanos del proyecto, así como su alcance. Identificar y gestionar riesgos y problemas relacionados con el proyecto o el equipo. Medir, hacer seguimiento, evaluar y comunicar el progreso del proyecto. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y la entrega en tiempo y forma. Manejar las expectativas de los stakeholders y su satisfacción. Liderar equipos de proyecto.
  • Participar en procesos de preventa en sector público de sanidad, liderando el proceso de principio a fin y colaborando en la elaboración de los capítulos de la oferta.
  • Acompañar en la aplicación de metodologías de desarrollo de implantación y en el uso de estándares de salud

Requisitos

Requisitos imprescindibles

  • Titulación universitaria
  • Experiencia >10 años como jefe de proyectos en el ámbito sanitario
  • Experiencia en el ámbito consultivo y preparación de propuestas, ofertas y documentación (RFP, RFI) en entornos de IT Salud
  • Capacidad de análisis de procesos y gestión de proyectos complejos
  • Comprensión de necesidades en el contexto sanitario (Atención primaria, HIS, departamentales, Imagen médica, Farmacia, etc.)
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares en el ámbito de desarrollo de Software e implantación de servicios tecnológicos
  • Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente

Requisitos valorables

  • Certificaciones PMP y/o ITIL
  • Conocimiento de estándares sanitarios: HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR
