Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Software especializado/a en soluciones de IA Generativa y arquitecturas agénticas, con experiencia en el desarrollo de sistemas backend y plataformas de datos en entornos corporativos.

El perfil participará en la construcción de casos de uso basados en agentes, integrando modelos de lenguaje (LLMs), herramientas externas y fuentes de datos, dentro de una plataforma gobernada y preparada para producción.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollo de componentes backend para soluciones basadas en IA y agentes.
  • Implementación de flujos agénticos (orquestación, tool calling, gestión de contexto).
  • Implementación de pipelines de procesamiento documental y RAG.
  • Colaboración con arquitectos, data scientists y equipos de negocio.

Requisitos

Imprescindible

  • Experiencia (+5 años) en desarrollo de soluciones backend
  • Aprox. 3 años de experiencia en proyectos tecnológicos apoyados en IA o explotación de Datos, y de forma específica, experiencia en la creación de soluciones apoyadas en IAGenerativa y tratamiento semántico de datos (RAG, ontologías, etc), sobre Cloud u OnPrem
  • Experiencia directa en LLMs, bases de datos semánticas y Frameworks Agénticos como Langraph, CrewAI, LangChain, n8n, etc.
  • Familiaridad en el uso de tecnologías DevOps, LLMOps y MLOps
  • Inglés nivel conversación

Valorable

  • Experiencia en procesamiento documental (OCR, NLP)
  • Conocimiento de estándares y procedimientos del sector financiero y banca.
  • Certificaciones técnicas
  • Conocimiento en mecanismos de integración modernos como Eventos, API Rest, MCP, etc.
