Descripción del empleo

Se necesita un/a gestor/a, tanto a nivel de proyectos como colaborando en la gestión global del departamento de data, con experiencia contrastada en el ámbito de data&analytics.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar proyectos complejos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y calidad.
  • Participar el el liderazgo y coordinación del área de Data, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y operativos.
  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica del área en colaboración con dirección.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares de Data Engineering, Arquitectura, BI y Analytics.
  • Gestionar la relación con clientes estratégicos, actuando como interlocutor principal en iniciativas de alto impacto.
  • Supervisar la planificación económica del área, incluyendo presupuesto, rentabilidad, forecast y control de costes.
  • Impulsar la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y servicios cloud relacionados con datos e IA.
  • Participar en procesos de preventa, elaboración de propuestas y desarrollo de negocio.
  • Establecer estándares, metodologías y buenas prácticas para la gestión de proyectos y equipos.

Requisitos

Requisitos

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en proyectos relacionados con Data y Business Intelligence.
  • Experiencia demostrable liderando áreas o departamentos de datos.
  • Experiencia en gestión simultánea de múltiples proyectos y programas.
  • Experiencia en gestión económica de proyectos y centros de coste.
  • Capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos numerosos y multidisciplinares.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y tradicionales de gestión de proyectos.
  • Capacidad de interlocución con clientes, dirección y stakeholders de alto nivel.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas de datos modernas: Data Warehouse, Data Lake y Lakehouse.
  • Conocimiento sólido de los principales hyperscalers: Azure, AWS y GCP.
