Buscamos um(a) Analista de Contas a Receber com perfil dinâmico, focado em resolver problemas e com muita vontade de aprender. Você será peça-chave para garantir a acuracidade dos nossos recebimentos, otimizar processos e garantir que a operação financeira funcione sem travas. Aqui, valorizamos quem gosta de colocar a mão na massa, fazer acontecer e entregar resultados com qualidade.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Conciliação de adquirentes: Realizar a conciliação diária de cartões, Pix e outros meios de pagamento, identificando e resolvendo divergências.
  • Integração de sistemas: Acompanhar e validar as integrações de dados financeiros entre plataformas de pagamento, ERP e sistemas internos.
  • Validação de dados: Garantir a consistência e integridade das informações financeiras, cruzando bases de dados e corrigindo inconsistências.
  • Rotinas do Contas a Receber: Controlar faturamento, realizar baixas de recebimentos, gerenciar o fluxo de cobrança e apoiar na elaboração de relatórios de aging list e fluxo de caixa.
  • Melhoria contínua: Mapear gargalos nos processos atuais e propor melhorias automatizadas ou manuais para otimizar o setor.

O que buscamos (Requisitos):

  • Experiência sólida na área financeira, especificamente em Contas a Receber.
  • Vivência prática e aprofundada em conciliação de adquirentes e meios de pagamento.
  • Conhecimento em integrações de sistemas (SAP B1 é um diferencial).
  • Habilidade em validação e tratamento de dados (Excel intermediário/avançado).
  • Formação superior completa ou cursando em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
