The posting

1. 负责TO B项目全生命周期交付管理，包括项目规划、进度管控、质量把控及成本控制，主导项目从启动、实施到验收上线的全流程推进，确保项目按时按质交付。 2. 承担客户现场驻场工作，作为现场核心对接人，精准理解客户业务需求，牵头完成交付方案的细化设计与落地，协调解决项目实施过程中的客户沟通与需求衔接问题。 3. 统筹项目实施过程中的内外部资源，包括协调研发、算法、产品、运维等内部团队资源，以及对接合作伙伴、供应商等外部资源，保障资源高效匹配与协同，推动项目顺利实施。 4. 负责项目风险管控，提前识别交付过程中的技术风险、进度风险、资源风险等，制定应对预案并及时处置；主导项目例会、进度汇报，向客户及内部团队同步项目进展。 5. 牵头完成项目交付相关文档编制，包括交付方案、实施计划、测试报告、验收文档等，保障文档的完整性与规范性；负责项目验收对接及后续交付复盘工作，沉淀交付经验。 6. 维护客户关系，收集客户对项目交付的反馈，协同相关团队优化交付流程与方案，提升客户满意度，助力后续项目续约与拓展。

1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、项目管理等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：3-5年及以上TO B项目交付管理经验，具备AI、大数据或智能平台类项目交付经验者优先；有客户现场驻场交付经验，熟悉政企类TO B项目运作流程者优先。 3. 核心能力：具备扎实的项目管理能力，熟练掌握项目规划、进度管控、风险识别与处置方法，能独立主导中大型TO B项目交付。 4. 技术理解：了解具身智能、大模型应用、AI Infra等相关技术领域基础逻辑，能快速理解项目技术方案，具备技术方案落地可行性评估能力。 5. 协作沟通：具备出色的跨团队协调能力、沟通表达能力及客户对接能力，能有效统筹内外部资源，妥善处理项目实施中的各类问题。 6. 职业素养：具备强烈的责任心、抗压能力与自我驱动力，能适应长期客户现场驻场工作，具备良好的问题解决能力与团队合作精神。 7. 工具能力：熟练使用Project、Jira、XMind等项目管理与分析工具，具备规范的文档撰写能力。 8. 加分项：持有PMP、信息系统项目管理师等项目管理相关认证者；有具身智能、大模型相关平台项目交付经验，熟悉国产化软硬件适配或信创项目交付要求者；具备政企大客户项目交付经验，熟悉招投标流程者。
