La Società nostra Cliente, importante Azienda leader nel settore industriale e metalmeccanico, per il consolidamento della propria struttura interna, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un / una:

ADDETTO IMPIANTI

Il / La Candidato/a ideale ha maturato un'esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di contesti industriali manifatturieri, sviluppando competenze nella conduzione e nell'attrezzaggio di impianti produttivi, nel controllo qualità di processo e nella gestione delle attività operative di produzione, garantendo efficienza e continuità.

Il / La Dipendente avrà la responsabilità delle seguenti principali attività:

  • Effettuare le operazioni di attrezzaggio, regolazione e impostazione dei parametri dell'impianto prima dell'avvio della produzione, nel rispetto delle Pratiche Operative aziendali.
  • Eseguire il controllo preliminare del materiale, verificando la corrispondenza tra colata, diametro e commessa, al fine di garantire la corretta esecuzione della lavorazione.
  • Gestire le attività di produzione, monitorando costantemente i parametri di funzionamento dell'impianto e verificando il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e dimensionali del prodotto richiesto.
  • Compilare la documentazione di produzione e registrare sul sistema MES i dati relativi alle commesse, ai prelievi di materiale, ai prodotti finiti e alle causali di fermo macchina.
  • Segnalare tempestivamente al Capoturno eventuali anomalie, malfunzionamenti dell'impianto o non conformità di prodotto, collaborando con le funzioni competenti per la loro risoluzione.
  • Supportare le attività di carico, scarico, movimentazione, confezionamento ed etichettatura del materiale, predisponendolo per le successive fasi produttive e logistiche.
  • Effettuare la manutenzione autonoma dell'impianto e collaborare con il reparto Manutenzione per la gestione dei guasti e il ripristino dell'efficienza produttiva.
  • Garantire l'ordine e la pulizia della postazione di lavoro, delle attrezzature e dei materiali, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle normative di sicurezza.
  • Effettuare i controlli non distruttivi previsti dal piano di produzione, regolare il taglio delle barre secondo le specifiche operative, monitorare costantemente la qualità del materiale e supervisionare, ove necessario, la zona raddrizzatrice durante la produzione di barre esagonali.

Completano il profilo:

  • Precisione, affidabilità e forte orientamento alla qualità del prodotto.
  • Buona capacità di lettura della documentazione tecnica e delle schede di produzione.
  • Esperienza nella conduzione, regolazione e attrezzaggio di impianti industriali.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità operativa e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.

Offerta Contrattuale: si offre un Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell'Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo da € 30.000 a € 35.000, commisurato all'effettiva esperienza maturata.

Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Lecco.
