Il nostro Cliente è una realtà investigativa strutturata, specializzata nella tutela del patrimonio aziendale e nella gestione dei rischi legati ai rapporti di lavoro e societari. Per il potenziamento della propria struttura operativa, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una:

COLLABORATORE INVESTIGATIVO JUNIOR – TUTELA AZIENDALE

Il ruolo:

La risorsa sarà inserita nella Divisione Operazioni e Sicurezza e sarà coinvolta in attività esterna di indagine, accertamento sul campo e supporto alla verifica di illeciti aziendali. La posizione prevede attività prevalentemente esterna, con trasferte sul territorio, e richiede precisione, riservatezza, capacità di osservazione e affidabilità.

Principali responsabilità:

  • accertamenti sul campo relativi a illeciti aziendali, infedeltà patrimoniale, concorrenza sleale e violazioni di marchi o brevetti;
  • supporto ad attività di indagine su assenteismo ingiustificato, falsa malattia, abuso dei permessi Legge 104 e doppio lavoro;
  • raccolta di dichiarazioni da dipendenti, collaboratori, fornitori e parti coinvolte;
  • sopralluoghi, appostamenti, monitoraggio del territorio e documentazione visiva degli illeciti;
  • predisposizione di report e relazioni investigative chiare e oggettive.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • esperienza minima di un anno nel settore investigativo (preferibilmente ramo tutela aziendale);
  • Diploma o laurea; preferenziale laurea in Scienze dell’Investigazione, Criminologia o affini;
  • interesse per il settore investigativo, sicurezza aziendale e tutela del patrimonio;
  • buone capacità di analisi, osservazione e raccolta delle informazioni;
  • dimestichezza con strumenti informatici, digitali e dispositivi foto/video;
  • patente e buona capacità di guida di scooter e autoveicoli;
  • disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio.

Completano il profilo:

Riservatezza, lucidità operativa, buone capacità relazionali, problem solving e attitudine a muoversi con equilibrio anche in contesti dinamici.

Sede di lavoro: Modena, con trasferte sul territorio.

Inquadramento e retribuzione: Inserimento full-time con contratto a tempo determinato o apprendistato, in funzione del profilo individuato. RAL indicativa: 20.000 – 25.000 euro. Previsti scooter, auto, telefono aziendale e dotazioni tecniche a supporto dell’attività operativa. Prevista una crescita professionale all’interno della struttura.
