CONSULTANT – CONTROLLO DI GESTIONE Planning, Budgeting & Control

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team qualificato e sarà coinvolta in progetti di controllo di gestione e performance management per aziende di medie e grandi dimensioni con la possibilità dio sviluppare al contempo una visione completa dei modelli di performance e confrontandosi direttamente con il management dei clienti.

Il ruolo

  • Sviluppo e nell'implementazione di modelli di controllo e reporting, supportando i clienti nell'analisi delle performance economico-finanziarie;
  • Analisi e chiusure di contabilità analitica e industriale, budgeting, forecast e analisi degli scostamenti, contribuendo alla lettura dei risultati e all'individuazione delle principali cause e azioni correttive.
  • Contribuire alla predisposizione di report e analisi a supporto delle decisioni, con la possibilità di confrontarsi con interlocutori senior e C-Level e di lavorare su progetti cross-industry.

Il profilo

Cerchiamo una persona con:

  • Almeno 1 / 2 anni di esperienza nel Controllo di Gestione e/o nella consulenza aziendale in ambito EPM – Enterprise Performance Management;
  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o discipline scientifiche;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Costituisce requisito preferenziale un'esperienza di studio o lavoro all'estero;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte presso i clienti.

Completano il profilo: elevate capacità di analisi ed elaborazione dei dati; approccio strutturato, spirito critico e capacità di problem solving; ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team; flessibilità, intraprendenza e forte orientamento al risultato;

Offerta contrattuale: Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso € 25.000 – € 35.000 + variabile e benefit aziendali (ticket, assicurazione).

Sede di lavoro: Milano Nord.
