Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – per un gruppo imprenditoriale, attivo principalmente nel settore edile e delle costruzioni e con una presenza diversificata anche in altri settori, caratterizzato da una realtà dinamica e in continua evoluzione, ci ha incaricati di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:

CONTABILE / ACCOUNTANT

La risorsa, inserita all’interno della struttura amministrativa, avrà il compito di gestire le principali attività di contabilità ordinaria e amministrazione delle società del Gruppo, collaborando con la Direzione e interfacciandosi quotidianamente con lo Studio Commercialista e lo Studio Paghe.

Principali attività e responsabilità:

  • Emissione e registrazione delle fatture elettroniche attive;
  • Controllo e registrazione delle fatture passive;
  • Gestione e verifica di pagamenti e incassi;
  • Aggiornamento e monitoraggio dello scadenziario attivo e passivo;
  • Gestione della prima nota e banca;
  • Effettuazione delle riconciliazioni bancarie;
  • Rapporti con lo studio commercialista e lo studio paghe;
  • Supporto alla Direzione nella predisposizione della reportistica amministrativa e nelle attività di controllo;
  • Gestione, organizzazione e archiviazione della documentazione amministrativa e contabile.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo amministrativo-contabile maturata preferibilmente in Studi Commercialisti;
  • Buona conoscenza della contabilità ordinaria e delle principali scadenze amministrative;
  • Capacità di organizzare e gestire le proprie attività con precisione, autonomia e rispetto delle scadenze;
  • Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e strumenti di home banking;
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di software gestionali amministrativo-contabili.

Completano il profilo: Precisione, affidabilità, riservatezza e buone capacità organizzative, unite a un approccio pragmatico e orientato alla collaborazione.

Offerta economica: Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso tra €22.000 e €25.000.
