Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner - per azienda multinazionale con vari plant produttivi in Italia, per il potenziamento della propria struttura interna, ci ha incaricati di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:

INDUSTRIAL PLANT CONTROLLER

La risorsa all’interno del team di gestione dello stabilimento e sarà a diretto riporto del Responsabile dello Stabilimento e risponderà funzionalmente al Responsabile del Controllo di gestione industriale. Il/la controller industriale sarà un membro chiave del team di gestione dell’impianto produttivo.

Principali attività e responsabilità:

  • Supportare l’identificazione delle aree critiche e la definizione dei progetti di miglioramento (cost deployment);
  • Elaborare e monitorare i principali indicatori di performance dell'area industriale, predisponendone la reportistica;
  • Monitorare e analizzare i costi di contabilità analitica e riconciliarli con la contabilità generale, analizzandone le varianze;
  • Realizzare, entro i tempi definiti ed in chiave/di analisi contabile, i rapporti di sintesi mensili secondo le procedure aziendali definite, curando la qualità e l'affidabilità dei dati riportati, garantendo accuratezza, affidabilità e rispetto delle procedure di Gruppo;
  • Supportare il responsabile di stabilimento e il team finanziario nelle attività di budgeting e forecast, analizzando scostamenti e proponendo azioni correttive.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale (preferibile), Economia o discipline affini;
  • Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Conoscenza dei principi di base del controllo di gestione industriale;
  • Padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Conoscenza di SAP;
  • Buone Capacità analitiche, precisione, e attitudine a lavorare in team;
  • Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza professionale maturata in contesti produttivi;

Completano il profilo: capacità analitiche, precisione, ottime doti relazionali ed organizzative, proattività, problem solving, spirito di iniziativa e predisposizione al lavoro in team, eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e predisposizione al cambiamento organizzativo.

Offerta Contrattuale: Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso tra €35.000 e €45.000/50.000, oltre a MBO pari all’8%
