Per importante azienda cliente, multinazionale leader nel settore della strumentazione e della tecnologia di precisione in ambito industriale e medicale, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:

HR SPECIALIST – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

La risorsa, a diretto riporto dell’HR Manager, sarà chiamata a gestire le attività di Formazione e Sviluppo del Personale e contribuirà alla gestione dei principali processi HR, occupandosi delle seguenti attività:

  • Analizzare i fabbisogni formativi del personale interfacciandosi con i capi funzione e gestendo l’organizzazione dei percorsi di formazione, monitorandone l’efficacia e i risultati;
  • Gestire e monitorare i fondi per la formazione finanziata, occupandosi della relativa rendicontazione e dei rapporti con i fornitori esterni;
  • Contribuire alla gestione di iniziative di Learning & Development volte allo sviluppo e alla valorizzazione dei talenti, nonché al benessere e all’engagement dei collaboratori;
  • Gestire i processi HR corporate legati ad attività di performance management, Data Governance e indagini di clima aziendale;
  • Supportare le attività di ricerca e selezione ed i processi di onboarding;
  • Gestire e curare i rapporti con le agenzie per il lavoro e le società esterne di ricerca e selezione;
  • Raccogliere e analizzare dati HR per la predisposizione di reportistica, KPI e rendicontazioni annuali;
  • Supportare le attività di audit qualità relative ai processi HR.

REQUISITI:

  • Laurea preferibilmente in materie umanistiche, psicologiche o economiche;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di HR Specialist con focus sulla parte di Formazione e Sviluppo, maturata preferibilmente all’interno di contesti strutturati;
  • Gradita familiarità con Workday o altri sistemi HRIS;
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Buone capacità analitiche, organizzative e relazionali;
  • Buona autonomia nella gestione e organizzazione delle attività.

ALTRE INFORMAZIONI:

Sede di lavoro: Milano, zona Nord-Ovest

Orario di lavoro: Full time 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì con ingresso e uscita flessibile 8.00-9.00 /17.00-18.00.

Smart working 2 gg a settimana.

CCNL Commercio

RAL: 30K – 37K

Benefit: Ticket Restaurant da 10 euro + premio di produzione + welfare (min. 600euro).
