Per importante azienda cliente, multinazionale leader nel settore della produzione di macchinari industriali e tecnologie di precisione, siamo alla ricerca del seguente profilo professionale:

HSE ASPP - SETTORE INDUSTRIAL

La risorsa, a diretto riporto e a supporto del Quality Manager avrà il compito di gestire e sviluppare il sistema Salute, Sicurezza, Ambiente e Qualità (HSEQ), assicurando la conformità normativa e il miglioramento continuo dei processi aziendali. Nello specifico la risorsa sarà chiamata a diventare il punto di riferimento operativo per tutte le tematiche HSE fornendo supporto agli aspetti legati al sistema qualità ed occupandosi delle seguenti mansioni:

  • Gestire operativamente gli adempimenti previsti dal D.lgs. 81/08 in collaborazione con l’RSPP e consulenti esterni (valutazione dei rischi, audit, aggiornamento DUVRI, aggiornamento procedure, DPI e istruzioni operative);
  • Essere il punto di riferimento per tutte la attività legate all’implementazione, mantenimento e miglioramento del sistema di gestione salute e Sicurezza in coerenza con la normativa di riferimento e gli standard di gruppo;
  • Coordinare tutte le attività di formazione HSE e sorveglianza sanitaria promuovendo azioni di miglioramento continuo in ambito salute, sicurezza e ambiente;
  • Monitorare e gestire operativamente gli aspetti ambientali relativi a rifiuti, emissioni e consumi energetici (classificazione dei rifiuti, campionamenti, gestione del registro carico/scarico rifiuti. FIR, adempimenti in materia di ADR, data collection &reporting, analisi conformità ambientale di prodotto ecc.;
  • Analizzare incidenti, infortuni Near Miss e non conformità, verificandone le cause e definendo azioni correttive e/o preventive;
  • Redazione report e gestione /implementazione documentazione;
  • Supporto al Quality Manager su attività inerenti al Sistema Gestione Qualità (ISO9001: 2015).

REQUISITI:

  • Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico/scientifico, preferibilmente in ambito ingegneristico, tecnico, ambientale o equivalente;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3/4 anni in ruoli HSE maturata all'interno di aziende del settore manifatturiero o Industriale;
  • In possesso di qualifica ASPP in corso di validità;
  • Ottima conoscenza della normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro (D.lgs. 81/08) e relativi adempimenti;
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali sistemi di gestione, in particolare ISO9001, ISO14001 e ISO45001;
  • Buona conoscenza della normativa ambientale (d.lgs. 152/06) e dei processi operativi inerenti alla gestione dei rifiuti (classificazione dei rifiuti, attribuzione dei codici EER, gestione formulari, registro carico/scarico, inserimento adempimenti e dati nel portale RENTRI ecc.);
  • Familiarità con strumenti e tecniche RCA (es 5Wy o 8D);
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese.

Sede di lavoro: vicinanze Gallarate.

Orario: full time, da Lunedì a Venerdì, 08.00/9.00 - 17.00/18.00

CCNL Metalmeccanico, RAL commisurata all’effettiva esperienza del/della candidato/a.

RAL: 38K - 50K

Benefit: premio aziendale, Ticket Restaurant da 8 euro, welfare aziendale e interessanti incentivi legati al raggiungimento di obiettivi.
