Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner - per azienda multinazionale con vari plant produttivi in Italia, per il potenziamento della propria struttura interna, ci ha incaricati di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:

IT BUSINESS PARTNER

La risorsa a diretto riporto del ITS Director sarà il punto di riferimento tra il Business e l’IT, raccogliendo e interpretando le esigenze delle diverse funzioni aziendali e trasformandole in iniziative e soluzioni tecnologiche ad alto valore aggiunto. Sarà inoltre responsabile del coordinamento dei progetti IT, garantendone la realizzazione nel rispetto di tempi, budget, livelli qualitativi e standard organizzativi.

Principali attività e responsabilità:

· Raccogliere e analizzare le esigenze delle Business Unit;

· Tradurre i bisogni del business in requisiti IT;

· Gestire i progetti IT assegnati, anche trasversali rispetto alle proprie competenze di BRM (applicativi, reti e cybersecurity), garantendo il rispetto di tempi, obiettivi e livelli di qualità definiti.

· Monitorare attività, avanzamento e priorità attraverso meeting e reporting periodici.

· Assicurare la conformità agli standard, alle procedure e alle policy aziendali;

· Collaborare con referenti IT e fornitori per la corretta implementazione delle iniziative.

Requisiti:

· Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica;

· Esperienza di almeno 5-7 anni in ambito IT in aziende industriali;

· Buona conoscenza delle infrastrutture IT;

· Esperienza nel coordinamento di attività progettuali;

· Project Management (anche non certificato) principi base Prince2 e/o UNI 11648:2022

· Conoscenza base sicurezza IT e compliance

· Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Microsoft 365;

· Conoscenza dei principi ITIL

· Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo: Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali, orientamento al risultato, attitudine al lavoro di squadra, buone capacità di problem-solving e attenzione al rispetto di procedure, standard e policy aziendali

Altre informazioni:

Sede di lavoro: Milano Ovest, con disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio per incontri e riunioni presso gli stabilimenti produttivi

Offerta economica: Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso tra €45.000 e €60.000, oltre a ticket restaurant e 1 giorno a settimana di smart working
