Tailor&Fox, società di HeadHunting, per conto di importante realtà farmaceutica internazionale operante in ambito oncologico, sta ricercando la seguente figura:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – ONCOLOGIA (Emilia Romagna e Marche)

Riportando al District Manager, la figura sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo degli account strategici nel territorio assegnato, attraverso un’attività di informazione scientifica rivolta a oncologi medici e operatori sanitari, con un’attività sul campo.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Identificare, sviluppare e consolidare le relazioni con gli operatori sanitari e gli stakeholder di riferimento del territorio.
  • Gestire gli account strategici attraverso attività di pianificazione, targeting e segmentazione, in linea con le indicazioni aziendali.
  • Svolgere attività di informazione scientifica presso oncologi medici, farmacie ospedaliere, economati e provveditorati della zona di competenza.
  • Supportare l’approvazione, l’adozione e l’integrazione dei prodotti nei sistemi sanitari locali, contribuendo ai processi di accesso al mercato.
  • Garantire un’elevata qualità dell’informazione scientifica, assicurando chiarezza, appropriatezza e coerenza della comunicazione.
  • Attuare i piani commerciali e di marketing sul territorio, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e dei KPI.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche ai sensi della L. 219/2006.
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente maturata in ambito specialistico, con particolare riferimento a oncologia e/o malattie rare.
  • Solida preparazione scientifica, con integrità e rigore nell’approccio al mercato.
  • Attitudine alla vendita basata sulla patologia e sui contenuti scientifici.
  • Eccellenti capacità relazionali, di coinvolgimento degli interlocutori, presentazione, pianificazione e definizione delle priorità.
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scientifico.

Altre informazioni: si offre un inserimento full time con contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico, livello A3, RAL indicativa compresa tra €60.000 e €70.000, commisurata all’esperienza e alla seniority del candidato. È inoltre previsto un sistema di incentivazione variabile pari al 25% della RAL, correlato al raggiungimento del 100% degli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi assegnati.

Area geografica di competenza: Emilia Romagna e Marche, con residenza ideale tra Bologna e Romagna.
