LUXURY SALES ADVISOR – High Jewelry

La risorsa sarà ambasciatrice dell'identità e dei valori della Maison, offrendo a una clientela italiana e internazionale di altissimo profilo un'esperienza d'acquisto esclusiva, fondata su competenza, discrezione e qualità della relazione.

Principali responsabilità

  • Accogliere e accompagnare una clientela High Net Worth e Ultra High Net Worth, offrendo una consulenza personalizzata che valorizzi l'unicità delle creazioni e l'eccellenza dei materiali.
  • Sviluppare e consolidare il portafoglio clienti, valorizzando il proprio network nel mondo Luxury e High Jewellery e costruendo relazioni di fiducia durature.
  • Garantire un'esperienza d'acquisto esclusiva, interpretando le aspettative di una clientela particolarmente esigente con discrezione, sensibilità e attenzione al dettaglio.
  • Contribuire alla gestione quotidiana della boutique, assicurando standard impeccabili di servizio, presentazione e accoglienza.

Profilo ricercato

  • 5–8 anni di esperienza nella vendita assistita di alta gamma, preferibilmente nel settore Fine & High Jewellery o presso prestigiose Maison del Lusso.
  • Solida conoscenza dell'Alta Gioielleria, dei suoi prodotti, delle dinamiche commerciali e delle aspettative di una clientela HNWI/UHNWI.
  • Network personale consolidato nel mondo Luxury e High Jewellery, con una buona conoscenza del mercato milanese e internazionale.
  • Standing impeccabile, naturale eleganza nei modi, intelligenza relazionale, discrezione e sensibilità interculturale nella gestione di una clientela particolarmente esigente.
  • Ottima padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese, la conoscenza fluente di una terza lingua costituirà un plus.

Offerta

  • Inserimento in un contesto esclusivo e di elevato prestigio.
  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato con una RAL a partire da €40.000, da valutare in funzione delle competenze maturate e del patrimonio relazionale.
  • Sede di lavoro: Milano, Quadrilatero della Moda.
