Tailor&Fox – Your HR Business Partner, per una realtà industriale multinazionale operante nella progettazione e produzione di soluzioni tecniche e componenti ad elevato contenuto ingegneristico destinati a importanti clienti del mercato industriale, ricerca un / una:

PMO COORDINATOR

Settore Metalmeccanico

In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • Coordinare e monitorare l'avanzamento delle commesse e dei progetti, verificando tempi, priorità, risorse e principali indicatori di performance;
  • Assicurare il corretto flusso delle informazioni tra le diverse funzioni coinvolte, favorendo il coordinamento delle attività e la risoluzione delle eventuali criticità;
  • Supportare la pianificazione delle attività e il monitoraggio di costi, budget e marginalità delle commesse;
  • Partecipare a incontri di avanzamento e pianificazione con clienti e interlocutori interni, contribuendo al corretto sviluppo delle attività;
  • Collaborare con Pianificazione, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations e funzioni tecniche, favorendo una gestione integrata delle commesse;
  • Predisporre reportistica e aggiornamenti periodici sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti, evidenziando eventuali scostamenti e azioni correttive;
  • Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi di gestione e monitoraggio delle commesse, in un'ottica di efficienza e standardizzazione.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica, Industriale o discipline affini; saranno valutati anche candidati con diploma tecnico e significativa esperienza in ruoli analoghi;
  • Esperienza di almeno 4 anni in attività di Project Management, PMO, gestione commesse o coordinamento di personale e di progetti in contesti industriali;
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali processi legati alla gestione di commessa, dalla pianificazione al completamento del progetto;
  • Familiarità con budget, costi, marginalità e monitoraggio economico delle commesse;
  • Euona dimestichezza con ERP e sistemi gestionali e conoscenza delle dinamiche dei processi produttivi;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di interlocutori interni ed esterni, preferibilmente in contesti industriali e internazionali;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative, leadeship e capacità di coordinamento, approccio analitico e attitudine al problem solving.

Offerta contrattuale: Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso € 45.000 – € 65.000, oltre a un variabile legato ai risultati.
