Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner - per azienda appartenente a gruppo multinazionale leader di settore in ambito Industrial/Manufacturing, per il potenziamento del team, ci ha incaricati di ricercare il seguente profilo professionale:

PRODUCTION MANAGER / RESPONSABILE DI PRODUZIONE

La risorsa riporterà gerarchicamente al Responsabile di Stabilimento ed entrerà a far parte del team di gestione del plant (in fase di espansione per l'implementazione di nuove linee di produzione).

Principali responsabilità:

  • Coordinare e organizzare l’attività delle squadre di produzione (30/40 persone su 4 squadre) e di processo in base alle priorità: sicurezza del personale, integrità impianti, qualità, costi, performance.
  • Definire con i capiturno il piano di formazione per lo sviluppo delle competenze degli operatori.
  • Programmare e attuare i piani di produzione per singolo prodotto al fine di garantire il servizio al cliente.
  • Redigere report e analizzare in modo critico performance, cost savings e KPI.
  • Guidare progetti WCM anche in collaborazione con gli altri reparti.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in ambito ingegneristico.
  • Maturata esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente all'interno di produzioni chimiche / industria di processo.
  • Conoscenza di una delle principali metodologie di miglioramento continuo (gradita la specifica conoscenza del World Class Manufacturing).
  • Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese, per coinvolgimento su progetti cross-country.
  • Gradita la conoscenza del gestionale SAP.
  • Maturata esperienza nella gestione di team.

Completano il profilo: buone capacità analitiche, precisione, e attitudine a lavorare in team.

Offerta contrattuale: si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo da 55K a 65K + MBO pari all’8% della componente fissa - liv. Quadro – no smart working
