Per nostra azienda cliente, realtà di riferimento in Italia nelle tecnologie di precisione per i settori delle costruzioni, delle infrastrutture e della geomatica, parte di un importante gruppo multinazionale leader nelle soluzioni GPS, siamo alla ricerca di:

RESPONSABILE COMMERCIALE BU -

TECNOLOGIE PER L'EDILIZIA

La risorsa, riportando direttamente al General Manager, sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale della divisione dedicata agli strumenti di misura laser e agli accessori per il cantiere e l'edilizia di interni, attraverso il coordinamento della rete distributiva nazionale.

La risorsa ideale svolgerà le seguenti mansioni:

  • Definizione e implementazione delle strategie commerciali e dei piani di sviluppo del mercato.
  • Gestione e sviluppo della rete di vendita indiretta, composta da rivenditori, agenti e partner commerciali.
  • Monitoraggio dei risultati e raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
  • Analisi del portafoglio prodotti e confronto con i fornitori per lo sviluppo dell'offerta.
  • Collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali interne per il coordinamento delle attività commerciali.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in discipline economiche, ingegneristiche o diploma tecnico con esperienze professionali consolidate in alternativa.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli commerciali, con gestione di reti di vendita indiretta (rivenditori, dealer, partner di canale).
  • Capacità di definire strategie commerciali e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business.
  • Buone capacità di leadership, coordinamento e gestione delle relazioni.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • La provenienza dai settori degli strumenti di misura, dell'edilizia o da mercati con distribuzione indiretta costituisce un plus.
  • Attitudine alla gestione trasversale, con esperienza di collaborazione con funzioni interne quali amministrazione, operations, marketing e supporto tecnico.

Offerta contrattuale: si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con range retributivo lordo indicativo da € 50.000 a € 60.000, commisurato all'esperienza maturata e una parte variabile del 30% a raggiungimento di obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi Benefit: auto aziendale.
