RESPONSABILE CONTABILITA' GENERALE & TAX

Junior & Senior

La risorsa si occuperà della gestione del completo flusso amministrativo, fiscale e della reportistica per una o due società del gruppo. Dovrà assicurare la correttezza, completezza ed accuratezza delle operazioni amministrative e contabili oggi gestite in parte da un provider esterno affinché vengano rispettate le scadenze fiscali e gestionali, garantendo l’aderenza alla normativa civilistica e fiscale vigente ed alle procedure aziendali e di Gruppo.

In particolare:

  • Sarà il principale punto di contatto sia per le società del Gruppo italiane gestite che per il provider esterno facendo da tramite tra i due soggetti; gestirà altresì i contatti con altri soggetti esterni quali revisori legali e collegi sindacali. Dovrà inoltre partecipare attivamente con il provider esterno nella ricerca di miglioramenti del servizio offerto
  • Si occuperà della redazione del bilancio civilistico, delle dichiarazioni fiscali, dei calcoli periodici delle imposte correnti e differite e della parte di competenza dei report di Gruppo o di particolari ulteriori tasks
  • Darà il supporto necessario in caso di accertamenti fiscali e audit interni.

Requisiti

  • Diploma e/o Laurea indirizzo economico-amministrazione contabile
  • Esperienza maturata nella gestione della Contabilità generale
  • Conoscenza delle normative contabili, fiscali, contributive locali
  • Conoscenza dei principi contabili, nazionali ed internazionali IFRS
  • Conoscenza approfondita di SAP
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Capacità di predisposizione in autonomia del bilancio civilistico italiano
  • Capacità di predisposizione in autonomia delle dichiarazioni fiscali previste dalla normativa nazionale

Completano il profilo: orientamento al risultato, motivazione, affidabilità, buone doti relazionali e comunicative fondamentali per l’interazione con i colleghi e con le altre direzioni.

Offerta contrattuale: si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo così costituito:

- Profilo Junior: 45 – 50K + 10% MBO + ticket, liv. Quadro.

- Profilo Senior: 55 – 65K + 12% MBO + ticket, liv. Quadro.

Sede di lavoro: Milano - 1 giorno a settimana di smart working
