La Società nostra Cliente è un’importante azienda che offre servizi completi nel campo dell’edilizia. In ottica di sviluppo aziendale, ci hanno incaricato di ricercare un:

RESPONSABILE DI COMMESSA

CANTIERE EDILE

Il / la Candidato / a ideale ha un Diploma di Geometra e ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno 6 anni nella gestione dei cantieri edili all'interno di un'impresa edile.

Principali responsabilità, riportando direttamente alla proprietà:

  • elaborare e monitorare la programmazione temporale ed economica del cantiere;
  • coordinare ed indirizzare la progettazione;
  • emissione ordini e gestione dei rapporti contrattuali con fornitori / subappaltatori, elaborazione e giustificazione nuovi prezzi e varianti;
  • supervisionare i cantieri e rispettare gli standard qualitativi, gli adempimenti formali, le norme di sicurezza di cantiere, tempi e costi di esecuzione;
  • redigere la contabilità di cantieri in base allo stato avanzamento lavori, analizzare costi, consuntivazione e confronto con budget;
  • redazione e verifica cronoprogramma e coordinamento delle risorse operative;
  • gestire gli imprevisti, definire le contromisure ed eventuale ri-negoziazione di aspetti contrattuali con il Committente;
  • aggiornare la Direzione sullo stato di avanzamento lavori, sui margini e le previsioni di spesa / incasso del cantiere;
  • gestire la comunicazione, la relazione e negoziazione con il Committente ed eventuali altre figure di cantiere (es: Direzione Lavori, partner ATI, ecc.).

Completano il profilo: ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione, senso di responsabilità, problem solving, gestione dello stress, leadership operativa, capacità organizzativa, di pianificazione e ottime capacità di utilizzo dei principali sistemi informatici.

Indispensabile pregressa esperienza nel ruolo.

Offerta contrattuale: Si offre inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente con range retributivo di RAL tra 45.000 € e 60.000 € a seconda dell’esperienza e della seniority. Ulteriori benefits: variabile su obiettivi relativi al rendimento di cantiere e automezzo a disposizione.

Sede di lavoro: Brescia, con frequenti trasferte giornaliere in provincia.
