Il nostro cliente è una startup italiana specializzata nella prevenzione, protezione e sicurezza, con un focus su servizi sanitari dedicati al Travel Risk Management e alla Medicina del Lavoro.

Per il potenziamento della rete vendita, ci ha incaricati di ricercare la seguente figura professionale:

SALES SPECIALIST - SERVIZI B2B

Posizione:

Dopo un periodo di affiancamento e training aziendale, riportando al Sales & Account Manager, il candidato/a, si occuperà di seguire i clienti della Business Unit Medicina del Lavoro.

Avrà le seguenti principali responsabilità:

· Conoscere in maniera approfondita la linea di business e presentarla ai clienti con un approccio tecnico – consulenziale

· Sviluppare le vendite e i rapporti commerciali all’interno del territorio, interfacciandosi con realtà diverse le une dalle altre

· Anticipare e ascoltare attentamente le necessità dei clienti per individuare e proporre la soluzione migliore

· Fornire supporto ai clienti pre e post-vendita

· Preparare offerte economiche e gestire a 360° gradi la trattativa commerciale

· Soddisfare le richieste dei clienti e raggiungere gli obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi di fatturato

Requisiti:

Il Candidato/a ideale ha conseguito un titolo di Laurea Triennale e ha maturato pregressa esperienza di circa 1 o 2 anni di supporto attivo alla vendita anche in modalità cold calling.

Si richiedono:

• Ottime doti comunicative, attitudine alla relazione interpersonale, proattività, buona dialettica e propensione commerciale

• Capacità di ascolto e di adesione alla strategia aziendale

• Dimestichezza nell'utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office – Excel Avanzato)

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (altra lingua verrà considerato titolo preferenziale)

• Automunito/a e disponibile a effettuare trasferte sul territorio nazionale, in funzione delle esigenze commerciali e degli incontri con i clienti.

Si offre contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato, con inquadramento al 3° livello del CCNL Commercio e una RAL compresa tra € 25.000 e € 29.000, commisurata all’esperienza e alle competenze della risorsa. Completano il pacchetto retributivo buoni pasto del valore di € 8,00, un bonus variabile legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e un buono welfare.

Sede di lavoro: Milano Centro (con possibilità di Smart Working).
