La nostra società cliente è una boutique di consulenza aziendale e finanziaria che affianca imprese e management in momenti di trasformazione, discontinuità e complessità organizzativa, per il rafforzamento del team Finance & Accounting Integration, all’interno della loro divisione di Business Consulting ricerca un/una:

SENIOR CONSULTANT – Accounting & Compliance

Il/la candidato/a ideale è laureato/a in Economia o discipline economico-aziendali e ha maturato 3-5 anni di esperienza in ambito Accounting, Amministrazione e Compliance, presso società di consulenza, studi professionali strutturati o aziende organizzate.

La risorsa opererà direttamente presso clienti caratterizzati da contesti complessi o in evoluzione, quali: fusioni, acquisizioni, migrazioni di sistemi, riorganizzazioni, garantendo solidità e continuità ai processi contabili.

Principali attività:

  • gestione della contabilità generale e delle principali scritture contabili;
  • gestione IVA, incluse operazioni nazionali, UE ed extra-UE;
  • riconciliazioni contabili e analisi di costi, competenze, ratei, risconti e fondi;
  • supporto alle chiusure periodiche e alle attività propedeutiche al bilancio;
  • presidio dei processi amministrativo-contabili in situazioni di transizione;
  • supporto a migrazioni o implementazioni ERP;
  • relazione operativa con il cliente e coordinamento delle risorse junior.

Profilo ricercato:

cerchiamo una persona con fondamentali di Accounting molto solidi, autonoma nella gestione della contabilità e capace di lavorare con efficacia anche in ambienti poco strutturati e in continua evoluzione.

Completano il profilo:

  • solida preparazione contabile, autonomia operativa e capacità di gestione delle priorità;
  • attitudine consulenziale, flessibilità e capacità di muoversi con efficacia in contesti complessi;
  • problem solving e approccio pragmatico alla gestione delle criticità;
  • familiarità con ERP e sistemi gestionali;
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Inquadramento:

È previsto un contratto diretto a tempo indeterminato, con RAL indicativa compresa tra €35.000 e €40.000, oltre a componente variabile e buoni pasto.

Sede e modalità di lavoro: Milano Centro, prevalentemente in presenza, con disponibilità a operare presso i clienti.
