Il nostro Cliente è un istituto specializzato nel Private & Investment Banking, con approccio consulenziale alla gestione e valorizzazione del patrimonio di clientela privata, imprenditoriale e corporate, attraverso soluzioni personalizzate in ambito finanziario, patrimoniale e di wealth planning. In ottica di rafforzamento della struttura, ricerchiamo:

SENIOR PRIVATE BANKER

Profilo ricercato:

Desideriamo entrare in contatto con professionisti di seniority medio-alta, con esperienza consolidata nella gestione e nello sviluppo di clientela Private / HNWI e con un portafoglio attivo.

Responsabilità principali:

  • gestione, consolidamento e sviluppo di relazioni con imprenditori, famiglie, manager e clientela ad alta patrimonializzazione;
  • proposizione di soluzioni finanziarie, patrimoniali, assicurative e di wealth planning, in sinergia con le strutture specialistiche della Banca;
  • sviluppo commerciale mirato, con approccio consulenziale, riservato e orientato alla relazione fiduciaria;
  • contributo attivo al progetto di crescita della struttura Private Banking.

Requisiti:

  • esperienza consolidata come Private Banker, Relationship Manager Private o Consulente Finanziario in contesti banking / wealth management;
  • portafoglio clienti attivo da €1M in su e comprovata capacità di sviluppo commerciale;
  • conoscenza dei principali strumenti finanziari, assicurativi e di pianificazione patrimoniale;
  • iscrizione all’Albo dei Consulenti Finanziari; percorso IVASS base e relativi aggiornamenti;
  • laurea in Economia, Finanza, Banking, Intermediari Finanziari o discipline affini.

  • standing professionale, riservatezza e senso di responsabilità;
  • mentalità imprenditoriale, energia commerciale e orientamento al risultato;
  • approccio collaborativo, umiltà relazionale e capacità di inserirsi in un progetto aziendale strutturato;
  • solidità tecnica, equilibrio, concretezza e attenzione alla qualità della relazione con il cliente.

Offerta: Contratto di lavoro dipendente a tempo indeterminato, con RAL indicativa compresa tra €60.000 e €100.000, commisurata a seniority, provenienza professionale e portafoglio, oltre a pacchetto incentivante/provvigionale di sicuro interesse.

Sede di lavoro: Lombardia / Milano.
