Per il potenziamento del team Tax, siamo alla ricerca del seguente profilo professionale:

SENIOR TAX ASSOCIATE

Mansioni

La risorsa avrà un ruolo attivo nella gestione e consulenza di una clientela composta da società italiane, gruppi multinazionali e realtà operanti in diversi settori, occupandosi in autonomia delle principali tematiche fiscali e collaborando con professionisti Senior e team multidisciplinari.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • Consulenza fiscale ordinaria e straordinaria a favore di società di capitali, gruppi societari e clienti nazionali e internazionali.
  • Gestione degli adempimenti fiscali e predisposizione/revisione di dichiarazioni fiscali, con particolare riferimento a IRES, IRAP, IVA e imposte dirette e indirette.
  • Analisi di bilanci e situazioni economico-patrimoniali ai fini della gestione delle principali problematiche fiscali.
  • Consulenza e supporto in materia di fiscalità societaria, con analisi delle implicazioni fiscali connesse alle diverse operazioni aziendali.
  • Supporto e gestione di operazioni straordinarie e di riorganizzazione societaria, quali acquisizioni, fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti e cessioni.
  • Predisposizione di pareri, memorandum e approfondimenti su tematiche fiscali di particolare complessità.
  • Gestione e supporto nell’ambito di verifiche fiscali, accertamenti e contenzioso tributario.
  • Interazione diretta con il cliente, comprendendone le esigenze e fornendo supporto nell'individuazione delle soluzioni fiscali più appropriate.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in discipline economiche o affini.
  • Esperienza di almeno 6 / 10 anni nel ruolo all’interno di Studi Professionali o Società di Consulenza.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Padronanza del pacchetto Office.

Completano il profilo: Autonomia nella gestione delle attività e del cliente, solide capacità analitiche e di problem-solving, precisione e affidabilità nella gestione delle scadenze, autorevolezza e maturità professionale.

Offerta Contrattuale: si offre un contratto libero professionale, con un compenso da € 50.000 a € 65.000, composto da parte fissa e MBO, commisurato alla Seniority del/della Candidato/a.

Sede: Brescia.
