SERVICE BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER

La figura ricercata, a riporto diretto del CEO, avrà la responsabilità della gestione e dello sviluppo della Business Unit Servizi, dedicata alla manutenzione, sanificazione e rigenerazione dei contenitori destinati alla raccolta dei rifiuti urbani. La Business Unit comprende attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, lavaggio e sanificazione di contenitori e automezzi e revamping di contenitori metallici, in HDPE e cestini portarifiuti, con una capacità di oltre 6.000 contenitori rigenerati all'anno.

Posizione

Il Responsabile avrà la responsabilità complessiva della Business Unit dal punto di vista operativo, organizzativo ed economico, con l'obiettivo di garantirne efficienza, qualità e redditività. Avrà il supporto di una risorsa back-office dedicata.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • Organizzare e coordinare il personale dedicato (circa 30 risorse) e le attività operative della Business Unit;
  • Pianificare lavorazioni, carichi di lavoro, tempi e priorità;
  • Garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e degli standard qualitativi concordati con i clienti;
  • Monitorare costi, ricavi e marginalità delle commesse e della Business Unit;
  • Definire e monitorare KPI di produttività ed efficienza;
  • Ottimizzare processi, tempi di lavorazione e utilizzo delle risorse;
  • Gestire le esigenze operative dei clienti e coordinare l'avvio e l'esecuzione delle commesse;
  • Individuare opportunità di miglioramento e nuove possibilità di sviluppo dei servizi;
  • Predisporre budget, forecast e report periodici sull'andamento della Business Unit.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o titoli affini;
  • Esperienza consolidata ed autonomia nella gestione di Business Unit e/o realtà operative;
  • Conoscenza degli aspetti economici e gestionali delle commesse;
  • Capacità di analisi e monitoraggio di costi, ricavi e marginalità;
  • Capacità di definizione e monitoraggio di KPI di produttività ed efficienza;
  • Capacità di individuare e implementare interventi di efficientamento dei processi e delle risorse;
  • Capacità di individuare opportunità di sviluppo e miglioramento del business;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale (principalmente Emilia Romagna, Liguria, Toscana, Lazio), circa 3gg/settimana.

Completano il profilo: Leadership, problem solving, forte orientamento al risultato e agli obiettivi economici, approccio concreto, operativo e proattivo, autonomia decisionale.

Offerta contrattuale: Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente con CCNL Metalmeccanica, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso tra €60.000 e €70.000 + bonus (percentuale sul mark up di divisione e sviluppo nuovi progetti) + auto aziendale + eventuale disponibilità di alloggio aziendale per fuori regione
