Presenta una rete di oltre 30 punti vendita sul territorio nazionale e si distingue per un ambiente informale, orientato alla collaborazione e alla valorizzazione delle persone. Nell’ottica di un ulteriore potenziamento dell’ufficio amministrazione fiscale, siamo alla ricerca della seguente figura professionale:

SPECIALISTA CONTABILITÀ FORNITORI

La risorsa verrà inserita presso la sede direzionale all’interno di un percorso strutturato di crescita nell’area Finance, pensato per consentire di costruire solide competenze contabili e, successivamente, approfondire le principali aree del Finance in ambito Retail.

Principali responsabilità:

  • gestione del ciclo passivo: provvedere alla verifica, registrazione e contabilizzazione delle fatture fornitori relative alle spese generali dei Servizi Interni e dei Negozi, garantendo accuratezza e rispetto delle tempistiche
  • controllo e riconciliazione dei conti fornitori: verifica delle partite aperte, della riconciliazione dei saldi fornitori e della corretta gestione delle eventuali anomalie, assicurando la quadratura dei conti di competenza
  • chiusura mensile: attività di chiusura del ciclo passivo, garantendo la corretta contabilizzazione delle fatture e degli stanziamenti per competenza e collaborando con il controllo di gestione per assicurare la completezza dei dati necessari al monitoraggio dei costi
  • controllo documentale e contabile: verifica di correttezza e completezza della documentazione a supporto delle registrazioni contabili, assicurando il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e degli adempimenti previsti
  • riconciliazione e controllo patrimoniale: responsabile delle verifiche e delle riconciliazioni dei conti patrimoniali di competenza, assicurandone la corretta quadratura contabile
  • collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali: interfaccia con i colleghi dei Servizi Interni, dei Negozi, del controllo di gestione e della Contabilità Generale per garantire la corretta gestione delle spese e una completa ed accurata chiusura contabile
  • miglioramento dei processi: lavoro in team al fine di migliorare i processi amministrativi, l'efficienza delle attività del ciclo passivo e i servizi attesi per l'area di pertinenza

Requisiti:

• diploma di Ragioneria o equivalenti o Laurea in Economia

• esperienza di 5 anni maturata in ruolo analogo nell'ambito della contabilità fornitori o del ciclo passivo; aver maturato tale esperienza nel retail costituisce un plus

• buona conoscenza ed utilizzo di Excel

• buona conoscenza della lingua inglese o francese

• conoscenza di SAP costituisce un plus

• buona conoscenza dei principali processi contabili legati al ciclo passivo e alla contabilità fornitori

• precisione, organizzazione ed autonomia operativa

Offerta contrattuale: Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato, con un range retributivo indicativo da € 30.000 a € 40.000, commisurata all’esperienza e alla Seniority del/della Candidato/a.

Sede di lavoro: Segrate (MI), è prevista la modalità di lavoro ibrida, a seguito del periodo di prova.
