Per importante azienda cliente, multinazionale leader nel settore della produzione di macchinari industriali e tecnologie di precisione, siamo alla ricerca del seguente profilo professionale:

SUPPLIER QUALITY AND PRODUCT RELEASE SPECIALIST

Il /la Quality Specialist / Quality Engineer si occuperà, a diretto riporto del Quality Manager, delle seguenti attività:

  • Supporto alla funzione di Incoming Inspection;
  • Gestione, monitoraggio e qualifica dei fornitori (analisi KPI e Performance Supplier);
  • Ricerca nuovi fornitori;
  • Audit e visite ispettive presso fornitori;
  • Supporto alle attività di Outbound Quality / Final Product Release soprattutto per ciò che attiene la definizione dei piani di controllo, la gestione dei processi legati al rilascio del prodotto finito nonché’ la verifica della conformità dello stesso prima della fase di spedizione;
  • Gestione reclami e documentazione.

REQUISITI:

  • Qualifica di Auditor di prima e seconda parte secondo ISO 9001;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni nella funzione Supplier Quality / Quality Engineering / Quality Specialist maturati in contesti industriali / manifatturieri strutturati;
  • Esperienza nella gestione, valutazione e ricerca di nuovi fornitori;
  • Esperienza nella partecipazione o conduzione di Audit di sistema e di processo presso fornitori e disponibilità ad effettuare visite presso gli stessi;
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Quality Management e Problem Solving: 8D, RCA, CAPA, Ishikawa, 5 Why, ecc.
  • Capacità di lettura ed interpretazione di schemi elettrici, disegni meccanici e documentazione tecnica;
  • Conoscenza di SAP;
  • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
  • Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del processo di Marcatura CE.

Sede di lavoro: vicinanze Gallarate (VA)

Orario: full time, da Lunedì a Venerdì con ingresso e uscita flessibile: 8.00/9.00- 17.00/18.00. Possibilità di effettuare un giorno di Smart Working a settimana.

CCNL Metalmeccanico, range RAL 38K- 48K
