N. 2 FIGURE APPARTENENTI ALLE CATEGORIE PROTETTE (L. 68/99)

1. Supply Chain Controller

Principali responsabilità

  • Analisi dei processi di approvvigionamento, riordino e gestione dello stock.
  • Monitoraggio dei costi logistici, analisi dei P&L e del Cost Per Order.
  • Analisi dei listini dei servizi di consegna e individuazione di opportunità di efficientamento.

Requisiti

  • Laurea magistrale in Economia o discipline affini.
  • Esperienza di 5-8 anni nel Controllo di Gestione, preferibilmente in ambito Retail, GDO o Logistica.
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e buona conoscenza di SAP.
  • Inglese fluente; francese e conoscenza di SQL, BigQuery o Google Cloud Platform costituiscono un plus.
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte.
  • Offerta economica: inserimento a tempo indeterminato con RAL 35k – 45k.
  • Sede: Segrate (MI), con smartworking, a seguito del periodo di prova.

2. Logistics Operations Specialist

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestione della merce in entrata e in uscita, con controllo qualitativo e quantitativo.
  • Organizzazione dei flussi logistici in coordinamento con i reparti vendita e le casse.
  • Gestione operativa dei servizi di consegna a domicilio ed e-commerce.

Requisiti

  • Diploma di scuola superiore o qualifica professionale.
  • Esperienza, anche breve, nel Retail, nella vendita o a contatto con il pubblico.
  • Buone capacità relazionali, attitudine al lavoro di squadra e orientamento al cliente.
  • Intraprendenza, proattività e predisposizione al raggiungimento di obiettivi comuni.
  • Interesse o esperienza nei settori dei prodotti tecnici per l'edilizia e la manutenzione costituisce un plus.
  • Offerta economica: inserimento a tempo indeterminato con RAL: 20 – 30k.
  • Sede: Segrate (MI), con smartworking, a seguito del periodo di prova.
