Tailor&Fox – Your HR Business Partner, per una solida e storica realtà industriale italiana, specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di valvole industriali ad alte prestazioni, riconosciuta per la qualità, l’affidabilità e la trasparenza nei rapporti con i propri clienti e per una presenza consolidata sul mercato, a supporto dello sviluppo commerciale ricerca un/una:

TECHNICAL SALES ACCOUNT

VALVOLE

Principali attività e responsabilità:

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e consolidare il business nell’area assegnata, gestendo il rapporto con i Clienti e individuando nuove opportunità commerciali.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

  • Sviluppare e gestire il portafoglio Clienti;
  • Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business;
  • Gestire l’intero processo di trattativa e negoziazione commerciale;
  • Comprendere le esigenze del Cliente e proporre soluzioni tecniche adeguate;
  • Collaborare con il team tecnico nella definizione di soluzioni customizzate;
  • Monitorare il mercato e contribuire allo sviluppo delle strategie commerciali.

Requisiti:

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza commerciale maturata preferibilmente in aziende industriali/PMI;
  • Esperienza nella vendita di prodotti tecnici e/o componentistica industriale;
  • Conoscenza degli standard e delle normative tecniche di riferimento per il settore delle valvole industriali, in particolare ASME e ANSI;
  • Buone capacità di relazione, negoziazione e gestione del Cliente;
  • Autonomia, proattività e forte orientamento al risultato;
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Completano il profilo: Costituirà titolo preferenziale la provenienza da realtà operanti nella valvolistica, componentistica industriale, piping o sistemi per impianti industriali.

Altre informazioni:

Offerta contrattuale: Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso € 40.000 – € 55.000, oltre a un variabile legato ai risultati e auto aziendale per uso lavorativo.
