La società nostra cliente è un’importante HOLDING che progetta, produce e commercializza apparecchiature elettroniche ad alto contenuto tecnologico nel settore Lighting.

Nell’ambito di un programma di sviluppo e potenziamento della propria organizzazione ci ha incaricato di selezionare un /una:

TECNICO LIGHTING

Il Ruolo è così strutturato e comporta le seguenti mansioni:

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell'Ufficio Tecnico, operando come fulcro e interfaccia tecnica principale tra l'azienda, i clienti strategici e la forza commerciale. Avrà la responsabilità di pianificare l’attività tecnica definendo e monitorando il rispetto delle tempistiche di progetto. Collaborerà inoltre attivamente con i fornitori per intercettare e implementare nuove tecnologie e soluzioni innovative sui nostri prodotti.

  • Interfaccia Commerciale e Clienti: Fornire supporto e consulenza tecnica alla forza vendita e ai clienti finali.
  • Scouting Tecnologico e Fornitori: Interfacciarsi stabilmente con i fornitori per valutare ed introdurre in azienda nuove tecnologie, componenti elettroniche d'avanguardia e soluzioni innovative.
  • Interfaccia con la Produzione: Garantire il costante supporto tecnico al reparto produttivo, occupandosi nello specifico della gestione e del supporto per i sistemi di controllo DALI, dei settaggi dei driver e della risoluzione di anomalie in fase di montaggio.
  • Conformità e Certificazioni: Assicurare la conformità dei prodotti alle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza elettrica, compatibilità elettromagnetica (EMC) e marcatura CE.

Requisiti:

  • Titolo di studio: Laurea/Diploma di Perito Elettrotecnico
  • Esperienza: Comprovata esperienza all'interno di un ufficio tecnico nel settore illuminotecnico, oppure presso aziende di impiantistica elettrica operanti nei settori Ho.Re.Ca. e Retail, dove la componente illuminotecnica riveste un ruolo centrale.
  • Competenze tecniche: Approfondita conoscenza della componentistica elettrica ed elettronica per l'illuminazione (moduli LED, driver, alimentatori).
  • Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, indispensabile per le relazioni tecniche con fornitori e partner internazionali.
  • Software: Utilizzo di software AUTO CAD DWG per la progettazione elettrica e ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office; la conoscenza del software Dialux costituisce un plus.
  • Leadership e Project Management: Doti di leadership e capacità di gestire i progetti rispettando scadenze rapide.
  • Orientamento al cliente e doti relazionali: Eccellente attitudine alla comunicazione sia interna (commerciale/produzione) sia esterna (clienti/fornitori).
  • Visione innovativa: Curiosità verso l'evoluzione tecnologica e proattività nel proporre nuove soluzioni hardware/software.

Offerta Contrattuale: si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendenze dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo indicativo compreso tra € 35k e € 55k.

Sede di lavoro: Garbagnate.
