La società nostra cliente è un’importante HOLDING che progetta, produce e commercializza apparecchiature elettroniche di design ad alto contenuto tecnologico nel settore illuminotecnico.

Nell’ambito di un programma di sviluppo e potenziamento della propria organizzazione ci ha incaricato di selezionare un /una:

JUNIOR CONTROLLER

Il Ruolo è così strutturato e comporta le seguenti mansioni:

La posizione riporta al CFO.

  • Gestione dei processi di pianificazione - budget, forecast, analisi degli scostamenti e marginalità
  • Elaborazione di reporting package, mensili e trimestrali per il management e per la Direzione del Gruppo
  • Creazione di reportistica ad hoc per il monitoraggio economico delle fasi produttive
  • Gestione della contabilità industriale e di costing
  • Calcolo costi e Analisi dei margini dei prodotti
  • Supporto analisi vendite e costi
  • Supporto predisposizione Report periodici delle Società del Gruppo
  • Analisi periodica cogs e costi di struttura
  • Assistenza al CFO nella predisposizione di analisi economiche, patrimoniali e finanziarie

Requisiti:

  • Il candidato/a ideale ha una laurea specialistica in materie economico-finanziarie e ha maturato un’esperienza di massimo 3/5 anni all’interno di una primaria società di revisione (big 4) impegnato su progetti di controllo di gestione in ambito produttivo o presso aziende industriali mediamente strutturate
  • Si richiede una solida conoscenza delle principali tecniche di analisi economico-finanziarie e di reporting e la conoscenza avanzata di Suite Office, in particolare Excel
  • Completano il profilo forti capacità analitiche ed organizzative, flessibilità operativa, forte senso di responsabilità, predisposizione al lavoro di squadra, proattività e la capacità di strutturare relazioni interpersonali

Si offre:

Contratto a tempo indeterminato alle dirette dipendente dell’Azienda Cliente, con un range retributivo da € 35K a € 45K, in base all’effettiva esperienza del candidato.
