Voor een familiale onderneming actief in de verkoop, het onderhoud en de herstelling van bedrijfsvoertuigen zoeken we een veelzijdige en nauwkeurige Business Support & Sales Assistant.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van verkoop- en voertuigdossiers van bestelling tot aflevering. Daarnaast ondersteun je de organisatie op het vlak van marketing, evenementen, kwaliteit, veiligheid en welzijn op het werk.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verkoopondersteuning: Je volgt verkoopdossiers op van bestelling tot aflevering. Je organiseert transporten van en naar opbouwers, regelt inschrijvingen en zorgt ervoor dat voertuigen tijdig klaarstaan.
  • Facturatie en administratie: Je maakt voertuigfacturen op, controleert aankoopfacturen en beheert fysieke en digitale voertuigdossiers.
  • Huur, demo en contracten: Je beheert huur- en demovoertuigen, stelt huurcontracten op en verzorgt de facturatie. Daarnaast beheer je onderhouds- en financieringscontracten.
  • Marketing en evenementen: Je beheert sociale media, ondersteunt promotieacties en organiseert interne en externe evenementen.
  • Kwaliteit en verzekeringen: Je ondersteunt ISO- en interne audits, houdt procedures up-to-date en beheert verzekeringen en schadedossiers van het wagenpark.
  • Preventie en welzijn: Je plant medische onderzoeken, volgt arbeidsongevallen en technische keuringen op en zorgt voor de nodige veiligheidsinstructies en opleidingen voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht over complexe dossiers.
  • Je hebt een sterk cijfermatig inzicht en werkt correct met documenten.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent communicatief en vlot in de omgang met klanten, collega's en leveranciers.
  • Je bent creatief en hebt interesse in sociale media en marketing.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, preventie en welzijn op het werk.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en hebt een goede kennis van IT-systemen.
  • Je kan vlot omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Kennis van of ervaring in de automobielsector is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
