Voor een groeiend bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Management & Personal Assistant die het management zowel professioneel als privé ondersteunt.

In deze gevarieerde functie combineer je managementondersteuning met Personal & Household Management. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse organisatie vlot verloopt, bewaart het overzicht, denkt vooruit en neemt zelfstandig praktische en administratieve taken op.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit twee grote domeinen:

1. Management & administratieve ondersteuning

  • Beheren en opvolgen van mailboxen, agenda's en dagelijkse communicatie.
  • Organiseren en voorbereiden van afspraken, meetings en gesprekken.
  • Verzamelen, structureren en bundelen van informatie.
  • Bewaken en opvolgen van actiepunten, deadlines en lopende dossiers.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan verschillende managementverantwoordelijkheden, waaronder sales en HR.
  • Afstemmen met collega's, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Organiseren van zakelijke reizen, reservaties, beurzen en evenementen.
  • De continuïteit bewaken bij afwezigheid van het management en zorgen voor een duidelijk overzicht bij terugkomst.

2. Personal & Household Management

  • De planning en communicatie met externe huishoudhulp organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Onderhoud, herstellingen, leveringen en afspraken aan huis regelen.
  • Boodschappen en benodigdheden voor het bedrijf en privé aankopen, afhalen en opbergen.
  • Bestellingen, leveringen, pakjes en retourzendingen beheren.
  • Cadeaus, bloemen en attenties zoeken, bestellen of ophalen.
  • Privéreizen, afspraken en reservaties opzoeken en organiseren.
  • Praktische zaken rond voertuigen, onderhoud en andere afspraken regelen.
  • Diverse praktische en organisatorische taken zelfstandig opnemen.
  • Minimaal een bachelordiploma.
  • Een eerste ervaring in een administratieve, ondersteunende of organiserende functie.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een goede basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Betrouwbaar, discreet en zorgvuldig kunnen omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en nauwkeurig kunnen werken.
  • Vlot prioriteiten kunnen stellen en proactief kunnen meedenken.
  • Sterke communicatieve en praktische vaardigheden.
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden.
  • Gemakkelijk kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • In het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs B.
