Überblick Unser Kunde ist ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Medizintechnik und sucht einen erfahrenen Information Security Officer In dieser vertrauensvollen Schlüsselposition berichten Sie direkt an die Leitungsebene und fungieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen der Informationssicherheit innerhalb der Organisation Diese Position umfasst eine Mischung aus strategisch-konzeptionellen Aufgaben und operativen Tätigkeiten und beinhaltet die Funktion des Datenschutzbeauftragten

Rollenbeschreibung Als Information Security Officer sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie Sie überwachen die Sicherheitsarchitektur an verschiedenen Standorten, koordinieren Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in Echtzeit und stärken das Sicherheitsbewusstsein durch Schulungen und Awareness-Kampagnen Darüber hinaus stellen Sie die Einhaltung der Datenschutzbestimmungen sicher und beraten das Management sowie andere Stakeholder in Fragen der Datensicherheit

Hauptaufgaben

  • Strategieentwicklung: Entwicklung und Implementierung einer ganzheitlichen Informationssicherheitsstrategie, abgestimmt auf die Unternehmensziele
  • Sicherheitsarchitektur-Optimierung: Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Optimierung der Sicherheitsarchitektur an allen Standorten
  • Vorfallmanagement: Überwachung und Analyse von Informationssicherheitsvorfällen in Echtzeit, Durchführung präventiver Maßnahmen und Koordination von Notfallmaßnahmen bei Vorfällen
  • Reaktionspläne erstellen: Entwicklung und Pflege von Reaktionsplänen zur Bewältigung allgemeiner und spezifischer Sicherheitsrisiken
  • Awareness & Schulungen: Regelmäßige Durchführung von Sicherheitskampagnen und Schulungen für die gesamte Belegschaft
  • Compliance & Datenschutz: Überwachung der Einhaltung interner Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Datenschutzvorgaben als Datenschutzbeauftragter
  • Beratung: Beratung des Managements und anderer Stakeholder zu allen Aspekten der Datensicherheit
  • Projektmitarbeit: Beteiligung an IT- und anderen Projekten mit Fokus auf Datensicherheit

Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, z.B. Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Fachkenntnisse: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Informationssicherheit, Netzwerksicherheit und Cybersicherheit
  • Risikomanagement & Datenschutz: Starke Kenntnisse im Risikomanagement und in der Anwendung der Datenschutzvorgaben
  • Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Cybersicherheit oder Informationssicherheit, idealerweise im Bereich Medizintechnik
  • Fähigkeiten: Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikation: Überzeugendes und zielorientiertes Kommunikationsvermögen, angepasst an verschiedene Zielgruppen
  • Sprachen: Fließend in Deutsch; gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
