Rollenbeschreibung

Als Security Consultant übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Beratung und Implementierung von Informationssicherheitsprozessen in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen. Sie spielen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung, Dokumentation und Standardisierung von Cybersicherheitspraktiken, die mit der digitalen Strategie des Kunden übereinstimmen.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Beratung & Unterstützung: Beratung der Geschäftseinheiten bei der Umsetzung von Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) und Cybersicherheitsstandards.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Leitung der Optimierung von Sicherheitsprozessen und organisatorischen Strukturen unter Einhaltung interner und externer Cybersicherheitsanforderungen.
  • Dokumentation & Best Practices: Erfahrungen und Best Practices dokumentieren und in standardisierte Richtlinien und Protokolle überführen, die in der gesamten Organisation implementiert werden.
  • Rahmenentwicklung: Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Sicherheits-Frameworks mit Fokus auf Governance, Risikomanagement und Compliance.

Qualifikationen

  • Fachwissen: Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz oder ähnlichen Cybersicherheitsstandards.
  • Erfolge: Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Implementierung von ISMS und Cybersicherheits-Frameworks in großen Organisationen.
  • IT-Hintergrund: Solide Ausbildung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit mit kontinuierlicher beruflicher Weiterbildung in der Cybersicherheit.
  • Zertifizierungen: Branchenspezifische Zertifizierungen wie CISM, CISA, CISSP oder Qualifikationen im Zusammenhang mit ISO 27001 sind von Vorteil.
  • Persönlichkeit: Proaktive, selbstsichere Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Herausforderungen einzuarbeiten und sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
