Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Ingenieur- und Beratungsunternehmen mit fast 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Umsetzung massgeschneiderter Lösungen für Infrastruktur- und Hochbauprojekte in der Schweiz. Zur Verstärkung des Finanzteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den Standort in Zürich Altstetten.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, inklusive Erfassung und Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und IFRS
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Mehrwertsteuer-Abrechnungen
  • Pflege und Abstimmung der Intercompany-Verrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetierungen, Abweichungsanalysen (Soll/Ist) und Forecast-Erstellungen
  • Durchführung von Kassen- und Bankbuchungen sowie monatlichen Kontoabstimmungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von internen Finanzberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Stellvertretung von Teamkollegen sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen (z. B. Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem projektbezogenen Umfeld
  • Abschlusssicherheit und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen MWST und Bilanzabstimmung
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Abacus) von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
