The posting

Salary: Up to $2,500 USD/month + variable comp (25–30% of base) Remote – LATAM-based candidates only

TalentCross partners with US-based clients to connect LATAM professionals with exciting remote opportunities. This is a new client starting with one hire, and if successful, they plan to expand the search for additional candidates.

About the role

You will own a book of 30–45 member accounts with one clear goal: ensure members get real value from their membership and renew.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new members with welcome emails, kickoff calls, and 90-day learning paths
  • Build and maintain relationship maps with key stakeholders
  • Engage accounts year-round with calls, success plans, and proactive communication
  • Present renewal cases and secure renewals through commercial conversations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recent work history as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
  • Proven track record owning renewals in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable with revenue leaders (VPs of Sales, CROs, Enablement)
  • Highly organized, able to manage 45 accounts on rolling timelines
  • Executive presence: clear, direct, concise communication
  • Strong AI fluency: daily use of tools like Claude, building prompts/skills, leveraging AI for workflows
  • Available full US business hours (Central Time)
