About the Role We are seeking a proactive Sales Development & Lead Qualification Specialist to manage, qualify, and nurture prospective clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other channels. The immediate priority is to organize and follow up with an existing pipeline of conversations, determine which prospects are qualified for high-ticket coaching, and guide other leads toward the most appropriate program or next step.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to prospect conversations across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other channels
  • Re-engage stalled conversations and consistently follow up with existing leads
  • Qualify prospects based on seniority, background, goals, and readiness
  • Identify VP-level and senior finance professionals for coaching/advisory services
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and provide pre-call notes
  • Nurture prospects toward appropriate programs or events
  • Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools
  • Track outreach, follow-up, appointment, and conversion metrics
  • Work closely with the founder to refine qualification criteria and messaging

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales development, appointment setting, lead qualification, or similar role
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills
  • Experience managing leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, or email
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working closely with a founder in a growing business
  • Availability to align with U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience with executive coaching, consulting, or professional services
  • Familiarity with finance or related industries
  • Experience supporting offers valued at $5,000+
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and automation tools
  • Confidence using AI tools for workflow efficiency
