Ubicación: Ciudad de México Modalidad: Híbrida (3 días en oficina / 2 días remoto) Horario: Lunes a viernes, alineado con horarios de Estados Unidos

Sobre la posición

Buscamos un/a Accounts Payable Analyst para integrarse al equipo de Finanzas de nuestro cliente y participar en la gestión del ciclo completo de Cuentas por Pagar, asegurando el procesamiento preciso y oportuno de facturas, pagos y actividades de cierre contable.

La posición tendrá interacción constante con proveedores y áreas internas como Compras, Almacén y Finanzas, por lo que buscamos una persona analítica, organizada, orientada al detalle y con enfoque en mejora continua.

Responsabilidades

  • Verificar facturas comparando cantidades, precios y recepciones contra órdenes de compra mediante procesos de 3-way match.
  • Procesar y registrar facturas en SAP FI, asegurando la correcta codificación de cuentas GL, centros de costo y tratamiento fiscal.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a discrepancias con proveedores y áreas internas para asegurar el procesamiento oportuno de pagos.
  • Preparar y procesar pagos mediante ACH, Wire y Check.
  • Preparar documentación de soporte para auditorías, conciliaciones y procesos de pago.
  • Participar en actividades de cierre mensual, incluyendo devengos, reclasificaciones, análisis de cuentas y preparación de journal entries.
  • Organizar, archivar y digitalizar documentación de acuerdo con las políticas internas.
  • Apoyar en la emisión semanal de pagos y en la preparación de cheques manuales cuando sea necesario.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Compras, Almacén y Finanzas para asegurar la correcta recepción, aprobación y contabilización de facturas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de Accounts Payable y proponer soluciones para incrementar la eficiencia y el control.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura concluida en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia en procesos de Cuentas por Pagar (Accounts Payable).
  • Experiencia con procesos de 3-way match (PO – recepción – factura).
  • Experiencia en procesamiento de pagos mediante ACH, Wire y Check.
  • Experiencia con cierres mensuales, devengos y reclasificaciones.
  • Conocimiento práctico de SAP FI.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio.
  • Inglés intermedio conversacional y escrito.
  • Enfoque en mejora continua, organización, atención al detalle y trabajo colaborativo.
