Accounts Payable Representative

Buscamos un profesional de finanzas altamente organizado y detallista para unirse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones Regionales. El objetivo principal de esta posición es gestionar el ciclo completo de Cuentas por Pagar (AP) para el mercado de Norteamérica, asegurando la precisión en los registros, el cumplimiento de las políticas fiscales y el fortalecimiento de las relaciones con proveedores internacionales.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Gestión de Ciclo de Pagos: Verificar facturas mediante el proceso de 3-way match, contrastando cantidades, precios y recepciones contra órdenes de compra (PO).
  • Procesamiento en ERP: Registrar facturas aprobadas en SAP FI con alta precisión, asegurando la correcta codificación de centros de costo, cuentas de GL y tratamiento fiscal adecuado.
  • Resolución de Discrepancias: Gestionar y dar seguimiento oportuno a discrepancias con proveedores y áreas internas (Compras, Almacén, Finanzas) para garantizar pagos en tiempo y forma.
  • Cierres Contables: Ejecutar actividades críticas de cierre mensual, incluyendo devengos (accruals), reclasificaciones, análisis de cuentas y preparación de asientos de diario (journal entries).
  • Tesorería y Pagos: Apoyar en la emisión semanal de pagos y preparación de transferencias (ACH, Wire, Check) y cheques manuales según sea necesario.
  • Auditoría y Control: Preparar documentación de soporte para auditorías internas/externas y asegurar el archivo digital conforme a las políticas corporativas.
  • Mejora de Procesos: Identificar oportunidades de optimización en los flujos de trabajo de AP para aumentar la eficiencia y el control interno.

Requisitos del Candidato

  • Educación: Licenciatura concluida en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiencia comprobable en procesos de Cuentas por Pagar bajo metodología 3-way match.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Manejo avanzado/práctico de SAP FI (indispensable). Excel nivel intermedio (Tablas dinámicas, fórmulas lógicas). Conocimiento sólido en cierres mensuales y principios contables.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio (capaz de mantener conversaciones fluidas y reportar resultados a líderes en el extranjero).
  • Documentación: VISA Americana vigente (Requisito indispensable para capacitación internacional programada para el mes de abril).
  • Habilidades Blandas: Capacidad analítica, trabajo colaborativo, enfoque en resultados y excelente comunicación.

  • Ubicación: Ciudad de México (Esquema híbrido: 3 días en oficina / 2 días remoto).
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes, alineado con el calendario y horarios de Estados Unidos.
