Administrador de Networking Senior

En TalentCross, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un experto en infraestructura de redes para sumarse al equipo de Tecnología de nuestro cliente, una importante empresa del sector de servicios y soluciones tecnológicas en plena expansión.

Buscamos un perfil con mentalidad estratégica, capaz de gestionar entornos de alta disponibilidad y liderar la optimización de las conexiones para garantizar operaciones seguras, estables y eficientes en todos los verticales de negocio.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás el responsable de diseñar, configurar y mantener la arquitectura de red de la compañía (tanto física como virtual). Tu rol será clave para asegurar que los empleados, sistemas y aplicaciones se comuniquen sin interrupciones, garantizando la escalabilidad y seguridad de la infraestructura.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Gestión Integral de Redes: Configurar y administrar dispositivos de red físicos y virtuales para resolver las necesidades de la compañía y sus unidades de negocio.
  • Optimización y Performance: Administrar cambios en la plataforma, monitorear el tráfico y garantizar la salud de los enlaces de datos y telefonía IP.
  • Seguridad y Conectividad: Gestionar firewalls (reglas, VPNs, seguridad perimetral) y asegurar la redundancia de los servicios críticos.
  • Soporte de Nivel 3: Liderar la resolución de incidentes complejos (troubleshooting avanzado) y colaborar con áreas transversales para la implementación de nuevos proyectos de infraestructura.
  • Documentación Técnica: Mantener actualizados los diagramas de red y manuales de procedimientos para asegurar la trazabilidad y la mejora continua del área.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia: Al menos 6 años en posiciones similares, gestionando infraestructuras robustas en entornos corporativos de misión crítica.
  • Networking Pro: Dominio avanzado de protocolos de ruteo (BGP, OSPF) y switching.
  • Stack Tecnológico Requerido: Experiencia sólida con soluciones de Aruba (Central, Switches, APs) y Cisco (Switching/Routing). Gestión avanzada de Firewalls (reglas de acceso, políticas de seguridad). Conocimiento en Cloud Networking (AWS Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Azure ExpressRoute o similares). Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo (Zabbix, PRTG o similares).
  • Soft Skills: Autonomía para la toma de decisiones, capacidad de análisis bajo presión y excelentes habilidades de comunicación técnica.
