Estamos en la búsqueda de un AI Software Engineer (Semi-Senior) altamente técnico y orientado a la innovación para integrarse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo. El objetivo principal será diseñar, optimizar e implementar soluciones avanzadas de Inteligencia Artificial, con un enfoque específico en Claude Code y arquitecturas de agentes autónomos.

Buscamos a alguien que no solo entienda los modelos de lenguaje, sino que sepa cómo integrarlos en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software de manera eficiente y ética.

Información Clave

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Desarrollar, entrenar y optimizar modelos de IA aplicados a la ingeniería de software.
  • Implementar y gestionar flujos de trabajo utilizando Claude Code (Skills, MCPs, Agents, y Memory management).
  • Diseñar arquitecturas de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) y estrategias de gestión de ventanas de contexto.
  • Optimizar costos de inferencia y rendimiento de modelos en producción.
  • Colaborar con equipos interdisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Documentar y comunicar conceptos técnicos complejos a stakeholders no técnicos.

Requisitos Técnicos (Indispensables)

  • Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería de Software, Matemáticas, Estadística o carreras afines.
  • IA & NLP: Sólida experiencia en Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural y aprendizaje automático.
  • Tech Stack: Dominio avanzado de Python, Java y SQL.
  • Cloud: Experiencia trabajando con plataformas de nube (AWS, Google Cloud o Azure).
  • Ecosistema Claude: Conocimiento profundo de las capacidades de Claude Code: Uso de Model Context Protocol (MCP) y creación de skills. Gestión de permisos, hooks, comandos y reglas del sistema. Implementación de agentes y sub-agentes con manejo de memoria.
  • Prompt Engineering: Mejores prácticas en diseño de prompts y manejo de context windows.
  • Ética en IA: Conocimiento de sesgos, seguridad y consideraciones éticas en modelos generativos.

Deseables / Plus

  • Certificaciones vigentes en IA o Machine Learning (Cloud providers o instituciones reconocidas).
  • Familiaridad específica con técnicas de NLP aplicadas a la generación de código.
  • Experiencia previa en el desarrollo de herramientas de productividad para desarrolladores.

  • Pensamiento Crítico: Capacidad para analizar datos y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
  • Comunicación Efectiva: Habilidad para "evangelizar" sobre nuevas tecnologías de IA dentro del equipo.
