Responsável por planejar, coordenar e acompanhar as operações de transporte, garantindo eficiência operacional, controle de custos e cumprimento de prazos e requisitos regulatórios. Atuar como referência técnica na área, liderando iniciativas de melhoria contínua e promovendo a integração entre diferentes stakeholders internos e externos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Planejar e gerenciar operações de transporte terrestre, marítimo e aéreo, buscando otimização de rotas, custos e prazos.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das regulamentações nacionais e internacionais relacionadas ao transporte de mercadorias.
  • Negociar e acompanhar contratos com transportadoras, operadores logísticos e demais fornecedores, garantindo condições comerciais e operacionais adequadas.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), como lead time, custo por tonelada, nível de serviço e índice de avarias, propondo e implementando ações corretivas quando necessário.
  • Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua e inovação nos processos de transporte, aplicando metodologias como Lean, Six Sigma ou similares.
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de logística, comércio exterior, vendas e operações para alinhamento de demandas e priorização de atividades críticas.
  • Gerenciar operações de transporte que envolvam cargas especiais, perigosas ou sensíveis, assegurando segurança e conformidade regulatória.
  • Realizar análises de viabilidade econômica e estudos de mercado para identificação de novas soluções logísticas e transportadoras.
  • Conduzir auditorias internas e externas relacionadas aos processos de transporte, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Apoiar no treinamento e capacitação das equipes operacionais e administrativas envolvidas nos processos de transporte.

Requisitos

Formação

  • Graduação em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.
  • Desejável especialização ou MBA em Logística, Supply Chain ou Gestão de Transportes.

Experiência

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em operações de transporte e logística, preferencialmente em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Vivência em negociação de contratos e relacionamento com fornecedores de transporte.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos logísticos e utilização de sistemas TMS (Transportation Management System).

Conhecimentos técnicos

  • Legislação de transporte e tributação (pedágio, ANTT, ICMS etc.).
  • Legislação de seguros (PGR, DDR etc.).
  • Operações de transporte multimodal e intermodal.
  • Ferramentas de análise de dados e gestão (Excel avançado, Power BI, ERP etc.).
  • Metodologias de melhoria contínua (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado (desejável).
