Buscamos un/a Analista Funcional Senior para relevar, analizar y documentar las necesidades del cliente y de los pacientes, transformándolas en requerimientos funcionales claros, priorizados y verificables para un portal digital de salud.

La posición abarca funcionalidades como historia clínica electrónica, gestión de turnos, teleconsultas, vacunación, grupo familiar y trámites. Será responsable de acompañar el ciclo funcional de las soluciones, desde el relevamiento hasta la validación de los entregables.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Relevar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y mejoras evolutivas mediante historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.
  • Definir junto con el cliente las especificaciones y los escenarios de pruebas de aceptación de cada componente.
  • Analizar datos y flujos sobre bases de datos relacionales, utilizando SQL Server para validar reglas de negocio.
  • Mantener actualizado y priorizado el backlog en Jira o herramientas de gestión similares.
  • Validar funcionalmente los entregables antes de presentarlos para aprobación.
  • Diseñar flujos y experiencias digitales con foco en accesibilidad y facilidad de uso, especialmente para personas con baja alfabetización digital.
  • Coordinar con equipos técnicos y funcionales para asegurar que las soluciones respondan a las necesidades del negocio y de los usuarios.

Requisitos excluyentes

  • 10 años o más de experiencia como Analista Funcional.
  • Al menos 3 años ininterrumpidos de experiencia en proyectos de salud en Argentina.
  • Título terciario o universitario en Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Manejo de SQL Server.
  • Formación en metodologías ágiles y tradicionales, con certificación en metodologías ágiles.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Jira, Trello, Asana u otras similares.
  • Certificación en Prompt Engineering.

Requisitos deseables

  • Conocimiento de procesos del sector salud, incluyendo turnos, historia clínica electrónica, recetas y vacunación.
  • Conocimientos de accesibilidad web conforme a WCAG 2.1.
