Es por esto que te invitamos a unirte a nuestro equipo de trabajo, Estamos buscando (CMV) Channel Manager VAR - Industrial con experiencia en gestión de canales de impresión de gran formato.

Principales responsabilidades:

Estrategia y desempeño de ventas

  • Establece relaciones productivas y profesionales con el personal clave de las cuentas asociadas asignadas.
  • Coordina la participación de diferentes departamentos incluyendo soporte, servicio, gestión de recursos, entre otros para cumplir los objetivos y expectativas de los canales.
  • Alcanza los objetivos asignados en cuanto a volumen de ventas profesionales y objetivos estratégicos en las cuentas de socios asignadas.
  • Dirige de forma proactiva un proceso conjunto de planificación de socios que desarrolla objetivos de rendimiento mutuo, metas financieras e hitos críticos asociados a una relación de socios productiva.
  • Evalúa, aclara y valida de forma proactiva y continua las necesidades de los socios.
  • Vende a través de los canales a los usuarios finales en coordinación con el equipo de ventas de los canales.
  • Gestiona los posibles conflictos que puedan surgir con otros canales de ventas de Epson fomentando una excelente comunicación interna y externa, y mediante el estricto cumplimiento de las normas de participación del canal.
  • Dirige los esfuerzos de desarrollo de soluciones que mejor respondan a las necesidades del usuario final, coordinando al mismo tiempo la participación de todo el personal necesario de la empresa y de los canales.
  • Garantiza el cumplimiento de los acuerdos con los socios.
  • Impulsa la adopción de los programas de la empresa entre los socios asignados.

Administración

  • Desarrolla y proporciona mensuales a operaciones y ventas.
  • Actualiza el sistema de gestión de cuentas con los contactos y actividades
  • Proporciona pronósticos trimestrales de venta.
  • Opera dentro del presupuesto.
  • Presenta informes semanales de actividades y llamadas

Gestión de Relaciones

  • Construye relaciones de colaboración sólidas con pares, canales y el equipo de dirección para cumplir los objetivos.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mayor a 5 años colaborando con canales en impresión de gran formato para el segmento de señalización, Eco Solvente, Latex, Resina, entre otros.
  • Licenciado en Marketing, comercialización o afines.
  • Experiencia en gestión de ventas consultivas, canales especializados.
  • Manejo de forecast y CRM SalesForce.
  • Inglés intermedio
