Sobre la posición:

Búsqueda orientada a un/a profesional para desempeñarse en un Sanatorio de CABA, con el objetivo principal de organizar, coordinar y supervisar la actividad médica de la Guardia Externa y Demanda Espontánea, asegurando una cobertura asistencial de excelencia durante las 24 horas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de médicos de planta, de guardia, de demanda espontánea y en formación asignados a la guardia.
  • Organizar las guardias, reemplazos, vacaciones, licencias y feriados del equipo médico, garantizando la cobertura ante ausencias o contingencias.
  • Actuar como referente médico del servicio ante situaciones complejas, dificultades operativas o conflictos con pacientes y familiares.
  • Supervisar el funcionamiento asistencial del área (evaluaciones, conductas, estudios pendientes, derivaciones, internaciones y altas).
  • Coordinar la relación e integración de la Guardia con Clínica Médica, UTI/UCO, especialistas, Enfermería, Diagnóstico por Imágenes, Laboratorio y demás servicios del sanatorio.
  • Facilitar y supervisar el correcto y oportuno registro en historias clínicas (evoluciones, indicaciones, epicrisis) para respaldar la facturación de las prestaciones.
  • Participar en la selección, incorporación y evaluación del equipo médico del servicio.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora operativa y elevar propuestas concretas a la Dirección Médica, manteniéndola informada sobre eventos relevantes.

Requisitos:

  • Educación: Título de Médico/a (Excluyente).
  • Experiencia: Experiencia previa comprobable en jefatura o coordinación de servicios de guardia (Excluyente).
  • Competencias: Liderazgo y manejo de equipos, capacidad de toma de decisiones y orden de prioridades, orientación a la resolución de conflictos, visión integral de procesos asistenciales y comunicación efectiva/asertiva.

Detalles de contratación:

  • Tipo de contratación: Relación de dependencia.
  • Jornada y Horarios: Presencial: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 15:00 hs. Disponibilidad telefónica 24 hs. Presencia periódica (a criterio propio) en turnos nocturnos y SADOFE para supervisión integral.
  • Salario: $3.800.000 neto.
