Sobre la posición

Estamos buscando un/a Customer Account Service Representative orientado/a al cliente, organizado/a y con atención al detalle para integrarse al equipo de una importante empresa tecnológica multinacional.

En esta posición, brindarás soporte a clientes y áreas internas mediante la gestión de pedidos en SAP, la coordinación del cumplimiento de órdenes, la resolución de incidencias y el seguimiento de los pedidos desde su recepción hasta su entrega.

Trabajarás en colaboración con las áreas de Ventas, Crédito, Logística y otros equipos internos para garantizar un procesamiento preciso y oportuno de las órdenes, así como una excelente experiencia para el cliente en un entorno internacional y dinámico.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Gestionar pedidos de clientes en SAP, asegurando el registro, procesamiento y seguimiento oportuno y preciso de las órdenes.
  • Dar seguimiento al proceso de pedidos hasta su entrega, coordinando con las áreas internas para garantizar el cumplimiento correcto y a tiempo.
  • Monitorear el estatus de los pedidos, la disponibilidad de productos y los tiempos de entrega, identificando y resolviendo incidencias o posibles retrasos.
  • Colaborar con Ventas, Crédito, Logística y otras áreas para resolver bloqueos, excepciones y solicitudes relacionadas con los pedidos.
  • Mantener informados proactivamente a los clientes sobre el estatus de sus órdenes, envíos, retrasos y devoluciones.
  • Atender consultas de clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico o chat, cumpliendo con los tiempos de respuesta establecidos.
  • Procesar devoluciones (RMA), créditos, débitos y otros ajustes relacionados con los pedidos de manera precisa y oportuna.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros de clientes y la documentación de los pedidos en SAP y otros sistemas relevantes.
  • Identificar incidencias recurrentes y contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua para incrementar la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Colaborar con equipos y clientes internacionales, manteniendo una comunicación clara y profesional.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente, Gestión de Pedidos (Order Management), Procesamiento de Órdenes o Cumplimiento de Pedidos (Order Fulfillment).
  • Experiencia práctica utilizando SAP para la gestión y el procesamiento de pedidos de clientes.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de cumplimiento de pedidos, seguimiento de órdenes y coordinación con equipos de logística y otras áreas del negocio.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de incidencias, devoluciones (RMA), créditos, débitos u otros ajustes similares; deseable.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito, indispensable.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, servicio al cliente, resolución de problemas y organización.
  • Atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno de alto volumen de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para colaborar con equipos internacionales y atender operaciones dentro del horario laboral de Estados Unidos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo un esquema híbrido en Ciudad de México, con tres días por semana en oficina.

Horario y modalidad

Esquema híbrido: tres días de trabajo presencial y dos días de trabajo remoto por semana.
