Propósito del Rol

Buscamos un/a Data Analyst con fuerte capacidad analítica, foco en la calidad de los datos y una clara orientación a la resolución de problemas.

Será una pieza clave en la revisión, depuración, documentación y mantenimiento del ecosistema de datos, así como en la interacción con usuarios internos para garantizar precisión, eficiencia y valor en cada entrega.

El rol combina análisis de datos, operaciones, documentación de procesos y automatización, por lo que requiere un perfil autónomo, metódico, detallista y con excelente comunicación.

Responsabilidades Principales

Gestión y Calidad de Datos

  • Aprobar altas mediante la revisión exhaustiva de la calidad de la información y su documentación correspondiente (tarea operativa y recurrente).
  • Ejecutar procesos de Data Quality y Data Clean-up dentro del CRM.
  • Detectar, corregir y prevenir inconsistencias, duplicados, errores de formato y problemas de integridad de datos.

Reporting & Análisis

  • Armar, revisar y dar seguimiento a reportes de interacciones, insights, ficheros y solicitudes ad-hoc.
  • Diseñar métricas y visualizaciones analíticas que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
  • Automatizar procesos cuando sea posible para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.

Procesos & Documentación

  • Documentar procesos y flujos de trabajo, generando manuales, guías y diagramas claros y reutilizables.
  • Crear y gestionar tickets de acceso e incidentes.

Interacción con Usuarios & Soporte

  • Brindar soporte funcional a usuarios de EpiCX, resolviendo dudas y asegurando el uso correcto de la herramienta.
  • Colaborar con distintas áreas para garantizar la consistencia de datos y la adopción de procesos.

Requisitos

Idioma

  • Inglés conversacional (B2 – C1).

Manejo de Datos Relacionales

  • Comprensión sólida de bases de datos relacionales, tablas, DML, claves primarias y foráneas.
  • Capacidad para interpretar modelos de datos y relaciones entre distintos conjuntos de información.

Excel Avanzado para Análisis de Datos

  • Limpieza y manipulación avanzada de datos.
  • Dominio de funciones como: VLOOKUP / BUSCARV, XLOOKUP / BUSCARX, INDEX, MATCH, CONCAT, TEXT, LEN, LEFT, RIGHT, MID, FIND, SEARCH, SUBSTITUTE, TRIM, IF, IFS, entre otras.
  • Transformación, consolidación, filtrado y resumen de información.
  • Uso de tablas dinámicas (Pivot Tables).

Pensamiento Analítico

  • Lógica, precisión y enfoque estructurado para resolver problemas complejos.
  • Capacidad para comprender el contexto del negocio y transformar datos en insights accionables.

Herramientas y Tecnologías

  • Looker, Tableau, ThoughtSpot
