Buscamos Desarrolladores PL/SQL con sólida experiencia técnica y una mentalidad proactiva para integrarse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo. El desafío principal será el análisis, mejora y evolución de una arquitectura de base de datos robusta, garantizando la eficiencia de procesos críticos.

¿Qué harás con nosotros?

  • Análisis y Debugging: Sumergirte en la lógica de negocio compleja para depurar y modificar Stored Procedures existentes.
  • Desarrollo Core: Diseñar y crear funciones, triggers, paquetes y vistas de alta complejidad.
  • Performance Tuning: Identificar cuellos de botella y optimizar consultas SQL mediante el análisis de planes de ejecución.
  • Innovación: Proponer mejoras técnicas proactivamente para prevenir fallos y elevar la calidad del código.
  • Documentación: Asegurar que los procesos realizados queden correctamente registrados para el conocimiento del equipo.

Tu Perfil Técnico (Hard Skills)

  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 a 5 años desarrollando soluciones sobre bases de datos relacionales (Excluyente).
  • Dominio Experto de PL/SQL: Capacidad avanzada en la creación y optimización de lógica de base de datos.
  • Especialista en Stored Procedures: Experiencia comprobable en mantenimiento y mejora de procedimientos almacenados de gran escala.
  • Optimización de Consultas: Conocimientos sólidos en SQL Tuning.
  • Deseable: Experiencia previa trabajando con Informix.

Tus Habilidades (Soft Skills)

  • Capacidad Analítica: Habilidad para leer código "legacy" con rapidez y entender lógicas intrincadas.
  • Proactividad: Buscamos a alguien con iniciativa, que no se limite a recibir tareas, sino que proponga soluciones.
  • Orientación a Resultados: Foco en la calidad y en el cumplimiento de plazos en proyectos de misión crítica.
